Job Description Machine Operators - Manufacturing - Immediate Openings for 1st and 2nd shifts.
40 hours
per week.
Entry Level to Experienced.
Experience helpful, but not required.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
1.
Inspects parts for quality and appropriate tolerance using the appropriate measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, air gages and comparators.
2.
Interprets plans, work order, blueprints or drawings to determine the necessary bench operations.
3.
Uses basic measuring tools, air guns and other power tools for use in bench operations.
4.
Finishes all materials to close tolerance with supervision.
5.
Examines surface of work piece for defects.
6.
Secures work piece to bench or table and guides abrasive polishing wheel over work piece to remove scratches and other defects from metal surfaces to the specification.
7.
Polishes machined areas with abrasive to reduce smooth, unmarred surface.
8.
Replaces worn abrasive disks, wheels and belts as necessary.
Requirements Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Eye for detail; good work ethic; safe work practices; ability to work independently or with a team.
